Privacy

Privacy at VIRUDH

You are the data controller

Anything you enter about a patient is your responsibility. Use a lawful basis and appropriate consent, follow your institution's confidentiality and retention rules, and never enter military, defence or politically sensitive data. VIRUDH is designed for de-identified references such as bed numbers or case codes.

What we store

Your account email, an optional display name, and the assessments, laboratory time points and virology results you explicitly save. Nothing is shared with other users, and no record is visible to anyone but the account that created it.

Access control

Every record is protected by row-level security keyed to your account. Sign-out clears your local session; deleting a record removes it and its attached laboratory and virology entries permanently.

Reference content

The conditions library is public reference content sourced from WHO, CDC, NCDC India and specialty societies. It contains no patient data.
